Annoying experience with TNT Express....!!! On the day of my iPhone arrival (6 October 2014), I was aware that I would not be able to collect it because I needed to attend my class on that day. So I left a note with my mobile number in front of the accommodation with a hope that I would be contacted during the time of arrival so that I could rush back to my room to collect it. When I arrived at my accommodation, I found a ‘Sorry we missed you!’ postcard with my note attached to it. I did accept that because I was not available for the services that day. Again, I did register for the redelivery service on the TNT website immediately right after getting the postcard and managed to stay in my room all day for the delivery to arrive on 7 October. Unfortunately, I had waited until the evening with no sign of anyone ringing to my room. So, I went back to the TNT website and found the following message Closed On Delivery Attempt. Follow Up Actions Underway.” I did not understand why such a message was shown on the website, so I phoned TNT customer services and was reported that there was no one in my room to collect the parcel. This really is extremely unacceptable because I did manage to stay in my room without stepping out of the place at all, and how this happened to me. #TNTExpressUK #Apple
