Anon Hi everyone I am the lady who caught the scumbag at Manning Park back in December 2013. On Saturday my husband and daughter could not believe it when they saw his car there again. His description is an out of shape HULK HOGAN, you know with that white moustache. Has his camera with a huge telescopic lens and pretends hes taking photos of the scenery/birds etc. My advice is dont stop going to Manning Park as why should you have to? Just be vigilant about what is happening around you, things are not always as they seem. [Mod note: Its also important that if you see this to call the police and let them do their job. Taking the law into your own hands makes you no better than them. Thanks]
