Anon Post: “I have a nearly 3 year old who we have just finished potty training. She goes to bed at 8pm and uses the toilet before she goes asleep. She then wakes approximately 3am every morning to go again. We have tried to lift her before we go to bed to go again but this makes it worse. She could be up 3 or 4 times through the night. Does anyone know of any ideas to stop her waking up to go? We control what she drinks through the afternoon and evening before bed. Before this she was a great sleeper but it’s really affecting her as she is wrecked in the morning. She is wearing night time pull ups in bed and is dry when she wakes.
