Anon Post: “My 8 month old is yet to sleep through the night. She will not sleep past 5am, regardless of what time she goes to bed. The more often she wakes at night, the closer she sleeps to 6am. I have been told that it depends a lot on day time sleep, but this makes no difference what so ever to her. She will generally sleep every two hours. I have tried keeping her awake in the hope she will sleep longer at night but to no avail. In the last week, she has started waking once a night but is up for an hour, then up again at 5am. She is waking my LB who would usually sleep until 6.30am - 7am and its causing behaviour problems for him as he is just so exhausted...
