Anon asks My just 3 year old has been a co sleeper since she was born, going to sleep in our bed & we move her into her bed once settled. When she wakes during the night she comes back into ours. This always worked as she didnt always wake and she would just hop into our bed & straight back to sleep. Now she is waking every night, and when coming into our bed is disruptive, tossing and turning for hours & keeping us both awake. Baby number 2 is due in 8 weeks & we have decided its time to stop co sleeping with our 3yr old. Is there a gentle way to transition her & keep her in her own bed? Everyone is telling us to just be hard & let her cry it out, but Im not comfortable with that. Thanks 😊
