Anonymous MOM posted: Heres a lil about my daughters story. She was born 14wks early. She has developmental delay, issues gaining weight, PVL, dystonia, CP and a few other things they are trying to figure out. Recently they are saying she may have Mitochondrial disease. We have done blood work an should get results in 15wks. And has another MRI of her brain coming up on the 23rd. I was jus wondering what can I expect thru all this? And if she has it what to expect? She has an older brother and sister with no medical issues so this is all new to us. Any advise is greatly appreciated!! And she is 20mon old.
