Anonymous Posted last week regarding my soon to be ex harassing me,my son and family while on vacation and accusing me of kidnapping my son. Theres no custody in place yet and the cops been trying to explain that to her because she been going the pd on daily basis. We got back last night and as soon as we got back she started yelling lets go youre coming with me for next 2 weeks! My son was scared and told me to get in the bathroom quick with him and lock it. It happened so quick that i just saw her grabbing my son out. My son started crying and telling his mom that he is scared. I started video recording her because she has history of falsely accusing me, i told her that she cannot take him that way just grabbing and dragging him out like a ragdoll. The kid was scared! She didnt like the video and she tried taking it from me and she just ran outside in her car and told me shell record me as well. My son upstairs to our bedroom and told me to get in and we locked it. My son was shaking and i heard her screaming saying lets go! You going to jail for taking him i called 911 because she tried breaking the room door and it was to the point that i had to barricade the door. Cops arrived and told me that its a civil issue and need to settle this asap to the court. Pd also told me that she been calling them and they knew i was coming in today. Pd told me that she accusing me of hitting her and using my gun on her. The cops knew i just literally just got there so no charges and i brought up to pd attention that most of our belonging are gone and also told its a civil issue. My sons clothes are all gone, his games and consoles,etc.. she doesnt want to leave the house because she has the right to stay there even though she been staying at her parents house. She told the cops that shell stay in different room away from me. I asked the cops that i cannot do that because it jeopardize my safety so we left and booked a room. . Next day i filed for emergency custody and protective order but both were denied because judge said theres no bodily evidence or injury. I was devastated and my son is scared he doesnt want to go to school because he kept telling me that he have a feeling that his mom will take him. My son is terrified that he doesnt want to call or text her anymore. .i always make sure that he makes contact of her every day for her peace of mind that he is safe but now my son is in fear to even text her. I dont want to get in trouble for not having him get contact with his mom.. she keep calling his phone but he just turn it off and say please stop mom without answering her. I dont know what to do and i wanted to call her and tell her that our son is scared of her but now i just received a text from her telling me to stop brainwashing my son. So i just didnt text or call her because of another accusation.
