Another 3am night processing orders and emailing clients. I have to say, I wish I could write everyone back personally because each purchase means so much to Eli and I! Up until weeks before we aired on SHARK TANK I answered each email myself personally, its very hard not being able to do the same now. I have a team of 8 answering emails and processing orders on the Admin side and just hired two more on Friday! Three of which are military wives (and at home moms), so please be kind :) These ladies husbands serve, and I can tell you from first hand experience being a military wife my whole marriage its not an easy road! Training each person at Bottle Breacher takes time, and with training comes error, so please bear with us!
