We will be assembling at the Parliament Buildings on Wednesday, April 16 at 12h00 to “highlight the lack of social responsibility by the Government and the opposition in ensuring budgeted programmes and projects designed to eliminate and prevent violence against women and children, reduce the level of crime in the society and attend to the underemployment and unemployment of heads of households. We are calling for a national strategy to address Fathering, and a comprehensive plan to eradicate violence against women and to hold the government accountable for their progress in eliminating and preventing suicide, trafficking and violence against women and children”.
