Another INJUSTICE done by the LGU of TUBOD is that PNP Building within the premises of the Municipal Site that block the RIGHT OF WAY of the residents at the back of the Municipal Building which are the direct HEIRS of the donor of the Municipal Lot (Agustin Mendez). This is a BIG INSULT to the monument and TRIBUTE to the donor. They deprived the rights of residents to access of RESCUE in times of disaster and calamities because the way is not anymore passable by a FOUR WHEEL VEHICLES. For example, if there is a FIRE how can a FIRETRUCK go? The LGU of TUBOD violated their HUMAN RIGHTS access to PUBLIC SAFETY. Did they know the BUILDING CODE of the Philippines? Did the PNP Building has a PERTINENT DOCUMENTS before it was CONSTRUCTED? The LOCAL LEADERS remained DEAF and BLIND besides the STRONG OPPOSITIONS and PROTEST of the concerned residents there. What shall we do with this NON-SENSE ADMINISTRATION? Without EYES to see, without EARS to hears and without HEARTS to listen the plight of the MENDEZ FAMILY who is being aggravated? This is the product of a LEADERS who are NOT A REAL TUBORANONS. They are ignorance of the sentiments of the residents and without RESPECT to our LOCAL HERITAGE, without paying TRIBUTE of the SACRIFICES by our FOREFATHER. Suffice it to say that TUBORANONS shall WAKE-UP and FACE the TROUBLES and INJUSTICES we encounter now!!! If they had done this to the heirs of the LOT DONOR, how comes to the LESS and without nothing citizens of Tubod? Kaya TUBORANONS...PAGMATA NA!!! WAG PADADALA SA KALANSING NANG SALAPI. Piliin ang mga LEADERS na nararapat na TUMINGIN sa mga karapatan ng mga maliliit lalong-lalo na sa mga TAO o PAMILYA na nagbigay sakripisyo para sa BAYAN NG TUBOD sa matagal ng panahon na nakalimutan. Ang TUBOD ay para sa TUNAY na TUBORANON... kaya Mabuhay Tayong Lahat na sambayanan ng Tubod. Kasihan nawa tayo ng Diyos. So be it...!!!
