Another Man Commits Suicide At Mulago A man identified as Kenneth Muhumuza has committed suicide at Mulago Referral hospital after he jumped off the fourth floor. Muhumuza, who has been a patient at the Uganda Heart Institute Ward 4C, is said to have been suffering from tuberculosis and a heart disease. According to his brother, Baguma Muhumuza, “Kenneth had tried to commit suicide yesterday but was stopped before he could. However, this morning he escaped and jumped off the building.” We trying to get hold of the Mulago hospital Public Relations Officer, Enock Kusasira for comment. Muhumuza’s body is currently at the hospital mortuary. The incident is shocking but not surprising. On June 15, Moses Mukwaya, a resident of Kosovo, Lungujja in Rubaga Division, Kampala jumped from 4th floor of the medical facility before smashing his brain on the floor. He died on spot. According to the hospital management, the deceased had been admitted after suffering from severe malaria
