And then Ruby moving slower is next to how many were killed by Yolanda? SERIOUSLY? - ks weather and more I am beginning to look down on Phil. Daily Inquirer. Even their radio commentators in INQ 990 disappoints me on being too biased. I erased their channel in my radio already. BE A RESPONSIBLE MEMBER OF MEDIA PLEASE.
