HIIT workout for the weekend. Find a nearby track, grab your sneakers, and bring a friend. Angelica Garner and I did this workout she designed for our bikini fabulosity group and had so much fun! Give it a try! Warm up: -Jog 2 laps around the track -Dynamic streches: butt kickers, high knees, inch worms with a push up, lunges with a twist, and walking leg raises. -Sprint the 100 meter straight aways, Walk the curves. -Repeat 10x
