Another amazing perspective on getting a no-change at testing. I just read this post from Lacys Elite Taekwondo, a Texas school in our national organization: Sweetest moment ...ever. This young man earned his Probationary Black Belt tonight after **EIGHT** No Changes in a ROW at the same rank. He never gave up and just kept trying testing after testing. He is the very example of PERSEVERANCE! His mother is also a perfect example of a strong, loving, support system. Congratulations Tyler. Yes, you read that correctly ... a student in their junior program had EIGHT no-changes in a row testing as a senior red belt to earn his probationary black belt. But he did not give up. And he reached that next goal in his martial arts journey. THAT is perseverance that will take him far in life. And it proves what we keep saying: if you dont give up, you WILL get there!
