Another blatant hypocrisy by fifa allowing Asia Cup fixture between Iran-Lebanon to go on after embassy explosion killed dozens of people from both nations hours prior to kickoff. To make matters worse they played behind closed doors in an empty stadium. Yes politics and sport should always remain seporate but how do you expect these men to enter the field in that state of mind when their fellow compatriots been killed? If that terrorist attack was in western world no American or European nation would play; game would be rescheduled for later date. I guess fifa thinks people of that region are desensitized to killings or doesnt classify them on the same human level as their Anglo counterparts..
