Another entertaining half hour - Mrs Neuman a Swedish lady who uses Vaughan to take her back to the airport came to our gate asking for his assistance before she travels next Friday . She had the local telephone directory with her she gave me a number along with her flight details. This was to ensure she would fly from the main airport - her explanation was when she arrived on the lst August she arrived into a very small shabby airport - her words I was kidnapped!!!!!! - she was eventually taken to the taxi rank and directed the driver to her apartment. Quite puzzled I looked on internet with the details she had given me. She was not kidnapped - she had wheelchair assistance and on arrival she was put into the cabin direct from the aircraft which is on hydraulic lift and taken through the airport!!!!!!!!!!!
