He states he wants to give raises and there are efficiencies AC where were these efficiencies when you were striping my health care and pension away from all of us? AC does not need nor deserve to be mayor of this city! AC you always were good at making feel good speeches but dont have anything to back those speeches with! I look forward to discussing with you AC these efficiencies and how you plan on funding these raises!!!!
