Another eventful walk for us today. Ended up taking some sidestreets we dont usually take to avoid some pretty treacherous paths which took us quite out of our way. We arrived at a crossroads, outside a house and as we were looking around trying to get our bearings a lady comes out of her house and calls to us Yall wanna come in? Yall lost? We have beer!. Haha We politely declined being that 1. we didnt know the lady from Adam and 2. neither of us drink any more. Who knows what we could have been walking into! Still, if it was genuine and she was concerned about us being out in the cold and lost, it was a nice offer. Ive never come across hospitality like that from a stranger in England before. Still cant help but wonder though. Needless to say we moved swiftly on!
