Another experimental recipe in the oven. I had sausage leftover from Amandas pizza balls.....so I took 9 of the Brown & Serve rolls from the other night that I had left....cut them in half...put the bottoms in a 9x9 pan, Beat about 7 eggs together and poured over the sausage in the skillet...let that cook about halfway then poured over the rolls, sprinkled in some salt and pepper, Added shredded cheddar and shredded mozzarella cheese...placed the roll tops over the whole thing and sprinkled the top with more shredded mozzarella and used the leftover Parmesan & garlic from the pizza rolls on the top....we shall see
