Another fabulous competition at The Rainhill Trials, the whole Train Manchester team (staff, members and volunteers) really do put on an awesome event. Today we SOLD OUT 2 hours before the event finished! Having the CrossFit Wigan team there is great, true family support. My best part was watching Grant Dillon from Reebok CrossFit Spectrum still in his knee sleeves from a previous workout running along side his box member the whole 250mtrs........side by side, this hit home what Crossfit really is. Watching every step along the 250mtrs the athlete had his coach, box owner and friend right there by his side supporting him and encouraging every fatigued step............thats what its about! No matter how tired, how exhausted, what position you may be in......you will have support...it may come from people you know it might not......it doesnt matter if you come first or last......you tried, you made the effort and you succeeded. Crossfit. Family. Life.
