Another great night spent in London, delivering food, messages and vouchers to London,s homeless. See Dignity Entertainment page for more details and photos. It was a pleasure and delight to be part of Team Yaqub Hussain seeing the homeless on the Strand, and the Southbank. Lots of sorry tales, lots of hope and positive thoughts from people whose lives are a mile away from most of us. Tales of woe as to why the people are there, but an unfortunate common them appears to be violence at home. My moment of the night? Talking to a lovely lady, in a wheelchair, and having a dog, been on the streets for 20 years, but she knew where to be when the theatres finished. My conversation with her was constantly interupted by theatre goers giving her bags of sweets and unsused bottles of water. To see the joy on these peoples faces when they realised what we were giving them was and always will remain a joy Only one picture of the homeless this time, many asked not to be photographed, which I will always honour, so some team pictures too Finally a huge BIG UP to Mikkel Juel Iversen the mastermind of the evening
