Another great session smashed with a very dedicated client. LEG KICK BACKS. This exercise can also be performed with the hamstring parallel to the back and bent knees at 90 degrees, that is Called glute kickbacks and works more of ur glutes. This is a compound exercise as u are working more than one muscle. Main muscle worked is your glutes, secondary muscle worked is your hamstrings. Want more of a toned bum and legs. Try this, starting with 15 reps on each leg for 2 sets. Curves rule, bones drawl
