Another great testimonial just received! We are absolutely delighted with our stove; it has completely changed the atmosphere of the house, as we hoped. I know there were a few problems but we put those down to our bad luck rather than anything else. Overall we were very happy with your friendly, helpful and dedicated service. In fact we had approached a few other companies before you, and the most important aspect of yours was that we could discuss everything with someone who both knew what they were talking about and had authority to make decisions on behalf of the business. This was shockingly lacking elsewhere. I was also very pleased that Mick was prepared to hang around on Wednesday in order to make sure that we had a resolution that evening to the problem we had found. And both of you put in some long days to make sure the delays were minimal. Thanks finally for the stove recommendation; I had not seen Contura stoves anywhere until you recommended them, and they really are superb - ours is better than I had imagined.
