Another heads up ....... BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 008 28-Oct-2013 RESOLUTION ORGANIZING AND CREATING THE ASSOCIATION COMMITTEES, ITS CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS AND THE FUNCTIONS OF EACH COMMITTEES. WHEREAS, under Section 4 of article III of the By-Laws of LVDDHOAI, one of the duties of a member is to participate in important activities or social affairs of the association as may be determined by the board of directors or trustees; WHEREAS, under Section 3 of Article III of the same By-Laws, a member of the LVDDHOAI shall have the right to be eligible to any elective or appointive office; WHEREAS, under Section 1 of article VII of the By-Laws of LVDDHOAI the association by a vote of the majority of the members, thereof, shall organize and create committees; WHEREAS, under Section 1 of Article VII of the same By-Laws, the following are the standing committees, a. Grievance and Adjudication Committee, b. Audit and Inventory Committee, c. Committee on Election, d. Development and Services Committee, e. Membership and Education Committee, f. Financial Management Committee, g. Livelihood Committee, h. Maintenance Committee, i. Peace and order Committee, and j. Social and Cultural Affairs Committee. WHEREAS, that the function of each committee shall be in accordance with Section 1 of article VII and their term of office shall be incumbent upon the present officers and Board of Directors or trustees; WHEREAS, the following are the Chairman and members of the committees are hereby appointed to serve the association: 1.
