Doc is weaning me off of my cholesterol medicine (halving the dosage). I have been on Plexus for approximately 5 months. Doc believes using Plexus has brought my cholesterol down! My numbers from 9/2013 to 7/2014: Total Cholesterol: 162 to 140 LDL (bad chol.): 98 to 85 Triglycerides: 102 to 78 HDL (good chol): 44 to 39 (want to get this up at least one more point -- one of the reasons we are halving the cholesterol medicine dosage.) my numbers from a year ago are on cholesterol medication only.
