Another part in the "building self-confidence" process is thinking - TopicsExpress

Another part in the "building self-confidence" process is thinking and taking action in a positive manner. Usually this is reflected in our vocabulary. I would like you to use the next techniques to build a habit. Every day when you wake up, think about 5 things that you are grateful for, things that make you happy. Use everyday with every person positive words and phrases. Notice your expressions and rephrase them into positive, even though the reality seems negative. You will be surprised by the solutions you will find. Problems will become opportunities. Don’t put you or other people down. Don’t judge them. Instead of “Ohhh, shut up, I’m not that good” or “smart” or whatever, say “thank you” when somebody offers you a compliment. It’s a sign of high self-esteem. Give compliments to the people who deserve them. Don’t use words like “but”, “no”, “I can’t” or “I won’t”. Change your perspective, change your way of seeing things. Positive or negative thoughts become habitual. If you exercise positive thinking, speaking and taking action, it will become a habit and your life will change. You always get more of what you focus on. Remember that taking action is very important. Wish you the best! :)
