Another reminder that its extremely dangerous and cruel for pets to sit in hot cars. The inside of a car can heat up to 110°F in just 10 minutes on an 80°F day - even with the windows cracked. The best place for your pet on a hot day is home where its cool! If you see a pet in a hot car, locate the owner as soon as possible. If the owner cannot be found, contact your local police department to free the animal from the car. Be safe out there!
