I decided that the consignment be moved to South Africa because of the financial and economic laws of Ghana and the way things are handled there because if I say you should come and retrieve the consignment here you will face a lot of demands from their finance ministry when you decide to take of transfer funds out of Ghana. The fees you will pay to the diplomat is custom fees and diplomats delivery charges which incur in South Africa because his services is being employed by the security company solely for the delivery of the consignment to South Africa also all this have been estimated at 36,800 Rand equivalent to $3,979.14 USD for the consignment containing the £2 million British pounds.
