Another very productive day at the cottage. I ache from head to foot but we are nearly ready for tomorrow. My modification to the bon fire bucket thing seems to be working a tad too eficiently, the roaring you hear is the fire not the wind, but it worked a treat. There have been countless sparrows and tits and my two robins about all day. They have emptied the bird table thing twice. Now my owls seem to be having a domestic so Im off to fill a hole in the wall in the bathroom so its dry (ish) by morning and have a whisky.
