Answers to some FAQs ;-) Q. Do you have a shop? A. We dont have a shop so we can keep our outgoings (and prices!) low :) everything we sell is available on nyla-rose Q. Where are you based? A. Bury outside Manchester :) Q. Who is Nyla Rose? A. Nyla Rose is named after the owners 18 month old daughter of the same name :) Q. Do you do returns? A. YES! We have a hassle free returns policy and do free exchanges :) Q. Do you post abroad? A. Yes, please contact us before placing your order for a quote :) Q. Are your giveaways real? A. 100%! Ask any of our lucky winners ;) Q. Why do you do such huge giveaways instead of individual ones? A. We actually do a mixture and tend to alternate between a single item giveaway (eg. A dress), and a huge prize.. Some people find our prizes a bit too good to be true :-) but we do them as they generate so much interest to our page and get us lots of new likers :) Q. Do you do the dresses in childrens sizes? A. We dont but we may in the future ;) Q. What sizes do the dresses go up to? A. Most of our dresses are sizes 8-22, and we have a couple that go to size 28 :) Q. How do I win one of your prizes? A. Its pure luck so just keep trying!
