Any Juror on the Ferguson Grand Jury Panel, should be able to tell what truly transpired, since we know McCulloch knowingly put a lady on the stand that was going to give perjured testimony. Law Enforcement KNEW that the woman wasnt anywhere near the scene of the shooting at the time it occurred and instead told her Story, almost verbatim from newspaper articles, that had been written giving Darren Wilsons statement!! This Prosecutor McCullochs office also stated they were NOT going to be prosecuting this Woman or McCulloch himself for KNOWINGLY allowing perjured testimony to be used as evidence, which gets any other Lawyer Disbarred!!! These are FELONIES...Perjury and Prosecutorial Misconduct!! if the grand jury has acted in reliance upon the false testimony, no recantation (to formally retract a false statement) is possible. - United States v.
