Any comments from good letter writers? Inviter comments and Letter of Invitation Dear Case Officer, My last invitation for Vika, Veronica and Sasha was rejected, the Case Officer stated - that the inviter support, had not been sufficient in overcoming their concerns. I reviewed the application and supporting documents and wondered what could be the concerns and came up blank. I decided that I should ask 3 Northern Territory Ministers, I gave them all copies and asked them what was the concern? They did not know and said ask Senator Nigel Scullion he might know. I had a few trips to Senator Scullions office and they did not know either, they decided that they need to write a letter to The Hon Scott Morrison MP Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, he will know - he is the boss (actually Prime Minister Tony Abbott is so he is only second in charge). I am sure by the time you get this application; The Hon Scott Morrison MP will have that letter, so maybe you can just call him direct and ask what the concern is? I also had a few concerns of my own about the last Decision Report, so I emailed them to Mr Paul Myler - Ambassador Australian Embassy Moscow. I am not very good at writing letters, so a Lawyer friend of mine helped me draft that letter. I have not received a reply back from Paul yet, maybe he was out of the office yesterday. I will briefly address the Case Officer’s, position number 66021017, report comments before I formally invite Vika, Veronica and Sasha. * The Case Officer has NO evidence to support it is not a genuine visit. * The Case Officer is WRONG - numerous documents of relevance were submitted with the second application - I draw to your attention to just one of them- 2 Ukraine Passports with addresses that prove more close family members in home country than Australia. In PAM3 there are 4 points that may encourage the applicant to return home and a 1 consideration. A) Ongoing employment - satisfied and documented. B) More close family members in home country than Australia - satisfied and documented. C) Property - satisfied and documented. D) Not applicable not residing in another country - but addressed in previous and this application. E) Economic situation based on local conditions- (I assume the conversion to AUD is an attempt to make it look bad) fact is UAH 2868 is the average wage for Chercasy. So with any average wage is a pyramid structure and with high un-employment, Vikas salary of UAH 1170 is strong incentive to return, as estimated 60% or more people make less salary than Vika. As this seems to be a unjustified concern, I shall give you my local example. Darwin Average wage is $5920, I as a director of a Company get less at $5768 and a Administrative Officer will get from $2770. Therefore the % difference to the average wage - Vika is similar, based on local conditions. Therefore the concern of AUD 145 is unfounded based on evidence. Lets move to Conditions that might encourage the applicant to remain in Australia there are 5 points to cover here as per PAM3. A) The applicant has NO family members of any kind in Australia. B) There are NO adoption proceedings. C) There is NO military service commitments. D) There is NO Civil Disruption, War, Lawlessness or Political upheaval. F) There is NO economic disruption etc. Now that we have clearly covered the PAM3 in relation to concerns of Vika and the girls not returning after their visit, We are aware that you can use your right to request further evidence should you have statistical, intelligence reports or profiles based on those reports and we invite such a request. We have also covered Strong Employment in relation to salary, and doubt there is any concern in which 7 years is not long enough to not be considered strong. Moving on to children, submitted is school enrolment documents contained in the documents is that they are issued for submitting to Australian Embassy in Moscow. It is fair and reasonable to accept that the school then is fully aware of why they were requested, however you can use your right to request more information in this area such as approved leave from studies if that is required and they will be presented for you. Also in supplied documents is from Darwins head Psychiatrist stating the children will not be harmed by the visit. Considering the position held by this Doctor, I believe it should be regarded as correct. Given the fact I and my mother are the only friends Vika has in Australia, all other evidence supplied from Australia is to be treated as applicants evidence (they are not family or friends of Vika). Previous international travel - Judicious (having, showing, or done with good judgement or sense.) Discretion: (the freedom to decide what should be done in a particular situation.) The past application has been applied without judicious. As there is NO evidence against Vika on immigration history, there is only one immigration event to base history on - and it was completely abided by. With all of the above for your consideration, I would now like to formally invite Viktoriia Babakova and her 2 daughters Oleksandra and Veronica to visit me in Australia. We will follow all requirements set by The Australian Government and expect, this application will be following all requirements for its assessment on merit set by the Australian Government.
