Any inputs from friends & colleagues working under the Public domsin unbrella in terms of implications on the high calibers working in this critical sector?? Are these profiles accepting it? Will it lead to outflow migration ftom Public back to Private sector?? I know some will take the pinch, but for how long?? I really hope we do not lose what was built in the last 10 Years in terms of revamping the Public Sector Banks & CBE on top which remains to be the strongest amongst its peers in the Region....
