Any mommies of preemie babies? I am currently donating milk to a preemie baby still in NICU, and i wonder how much milk exactly do they need daily? I was told the baby drinks about 32ml per day which is about 1oz, but every day i send 1-2oz and it seems not enough. The doctors even gave me some pills to increase supply (domperidone 10mg) which i am hesitant to take. I was a full DL mom before to an 8mo and havent pumped in 5 months, and now every time pump i only get 1-2oz which i assumed should be enough for the preemie baby, but apparently not enough! Please enlighten me on this, its stressing me out a little.
