Any of you Peeps of Pottstown have older parents, grandparents that want to give you things while they still can? I do, so does my friend Angel whose mom and dad wanted her to have a chair. She drove to Philly SATURDAY to pick it up for her son who is getting a new apartment. OOPS >>>> the chair didnt fit thru the door of her home. Logic dictated that she set the chair on the front porch, (knowing her son will pick it up on WEDNESDAY this week as planned). Mind you, the home is kept clean and tidy inside and out - not likely you would ever find a pile of garbage and litter strewn in front or anywhere around her home, shes not that kind of girl. >>>>ZOW>>>>>>>>>>>>>> FASTER THAN A BOLT OF LIGTNING...the borough delivered a little gifty today - A FRIGGIN VIOLATION NOTICE ABOUT THE CHAIR. It would have been delivered sooner, Im sure, but yesterday was Sunday and they dont work on weekends. Id like to say how proud I am of the borough for being so conscientious and expedient. I am happy to know that there are so few other issues in Ward 3 or, anywhere else downtown, that council people can command the issuance of violations over something this frickin trivial (without giving a good resident the benefit of the doubt), AND that the borough can justify paying someone, with our tax dollars, to squirt on an ember while ROME IS ON FIRE - - - - REALLY I mean REALLY??? Could it be that the over zealous, council person in Ward 3 is singling this resident out?? Or, maybe she just has nothing better to do? Ill assume the latter for now. PLEASE reign in your wild horses and use your time and our money wisely... GO AFTER THE CHRONIC DUMPERS AND FINE THE HELL OUT OF THEM please. Which do you think is the least disgusting? Picture A or Picture B that is STILL sitting in Lescher Alley behind a slum house for months and months?? You be the judge of where youd like to see your tax $$$ spent.
