Any runners out there? So, Ive found a great routine for myself and am running faster than ever before IN MY LIFE (about 6:45 mile and only 5 months postpartum) 1. Life Long Vitality - all of them at night, I wake up easier and body had recovered over night (doTERRA has promo to try these for free, but ends tomorrow). 2. Mito2Max in the morning with a green doTERRA Trim/Protein Shake. 3. Pre-workout, I rub deepblue rub on my legs and knees, drink slim & sassy in my water bottle. This really helps with oxygen up take in my muscles and lungs. 4. Use Past Tense and peppermint beadlets as needed during the work out and after for recovery. - Never Felt Better! Ive been playing around with different things and this has worked phenomenally. Thanks Melanie Hyde Vovk and Jodie for an awesome treadmill class and some shoes that are working great from Runners Lane.
