Any teacher peeps looking to be a first time home owner? The Department of Housing and Urban Developments Teacher Next Door program has houses that can be purchases for 50% of the cost. Usually the houses are in rough neighborhoods, and not in the best condition, but I just got an email with a couple of half way decent houses.
