Any true cowboy worth his salt would never ever consider rounding up cattle during calving season, no matter how much money was offered or how bad he was down on his luck...the BLM timed this round up out of pure spite and to inflict the most hurt to the rancher trying to get a reaction that would give them reason to arrest...there are a lot of orphaned calves at the ranch that during even get a first drink, theyre trying to bottle feed and safe as many as possible. Plenty did not survive, some cattle got separated and run off, dying of exhaustion and lack of water. The BLM also showed no regard whatsoever to the local wild life, when they destroyed water tanks and irrigation lines to those tanks....no, this is not about a tortoise and its not about grazing fees.
