Anybody got any advise on renting. Basically the landlord has arranged (this has been going on for 4 weeks ) for 3 deliveries which have all been cancelled and Ive stayed in waiting. It was due tomorrow morning and again cancelled but will come between 1 and 5? Im out for lunch as its my birthday Monday and they did confirm 7 till 11. The landlord now is suggesting he waits in the house while Im out. Is that acceptable ?
