Anyone a chef or knows someone who can be a chef? My mum is an extremely hard working chef/owner of The Station Cafe/Bar/Restaurant in National Park, She works full time all year round with no break split shifts and a lot of the time without days off. Each year she tries to take three weeks off to spend some time to relax and have some time with family. This is from the 28th. Recently, the chef she had employed to cover these three weeks has resigned, her and my dad had already booked a batch away in the coromandal which will have to be cancelled at this rate.
