Anyone else having problems with Direct TV, the only TV provider to Lake Heather Reserve? After 5 - 6 weeks for my box being unable to get a satellite signal - irratically - Now Direct TV agrees its a hardware problem, and they cant send anyone out until Tuesday - daytime. 1. no credit for lack of service & all of my time spent repairing their connection (At least Comcast from Heck did that) 2. taking waaay to long to deal with their failing equipment. Not only has it been my cell minutes, now they expect me to take time off work. I expect the LHR office can let the tech into my apartment, but REALLY Should our landlord be getting a profit off our Direct TV fees and not doing more to help tenants get the service they pay for?
