Anyone have absolute no respecting fence breaking monsters?....I have electric fencing...tape on top strand and 4 rows of wire...inside paddock of tape for 3 strands....now I dont always have it on because I have taken for granted the pony being mindful of it...well dutch...not so much....my problem is if I have it on hes a nervous running fool...its not arcing anywhere...the box is not near the barn for him to hear the clicking but hes a mess..like he can feel its energy or something....if I dont turn it on hes hanging his head over the 5 foot high side and eating off the neighbors bank...yesterday I caught him and turned it on quick so he would get zapped....he was not happy...but I turned it on all night and fed this am and can tell he was a mess...so changing fencing is not an option...do I keep turning it on even though hes upset and he will get over it...can he sense the energy of it...Im getting very frustrated with fixing broken fence he has pushed through or just simply walked through... I think he has learned it will break and not hurt him but I dont want him a nervous fool and risk him stressing losing weight or colicing!...please no rudeness....my fencing is safe and properly installed and have never had issues with any other horse thats been here
