Anyone have contacts at verizon? My mom who has cognitive impairments has been misusing her phone. Long story short her antiquated cell phone that has a monthly charge of $30 was charging an additional 200 and more the past few months. I missed charges between her surgery, summer etc. Verizon is forgiving the last bill of hers at 250 but wont go further back. Granted I take some responsibility but honestly, when a phone bill is the same every month for years shouldnt they b like a credit card company suspicious if suspicious activity?
