Anyone know an older woman in the neighborhood named Nina? I live on 2nd st. She comes by my house periodically and ask for cat food. I always give her some. Today she came and asked, I gave her some. She came back in the afternoon to ask for 1 more can. My phone was laying on my patio table. She STOLE it! I had seen her talking to another neighbor in the past. Neighbor knew where she was staying off E st up from California. He went with me to confront her. She denied it. Told her she could give it to me or the cops but I was not leaving until she did. People she was staying with told her if she had it to give it back before cops came. She went and got it! She had wiped it clean!!!!! I had not downloaded some priceless pics yet! So just beware if you have helped her......she is a thief! God help her if I catch her on my street or property area again!
