Anyone know anyone who might be interested in buying a house? There is one that just hit the market today that I would be interested in if I could afford another one. It is priced at $130,000 and the town has it appraised at: $257,800. Thats double the list price!!!! Enough said? If not, a little more about it, it has 2,400 sqft finished living area and an additional 1,600 sqft. 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Baths, sitting on a cul-de-sac with 3 acres and a bunch of fruit trees (Come on, fruit trees has to win you over right?!). It might be possible to split the lot if Ledyard Zoning will allow it. The home looks to be in decent condition from the pictures.
