Anyone know the answer to this? Back in August/September of 2012 My Jobcentre, realized a great many Work Programme clients (with one provider), had been abandoned by the provider for over six months. The Jobcentre then insist that from then onwards we must always record our Activity with this providor on our jobcentre jobsearching forms (ES4s and the likes), obviously no work Programme activity, no JSA. No problems with that. But does this work the other way too, IE: if the WP providor fails to hold their Mandatory appointments (especially as it is crucial as the appointment would have result in evidence to overturn a long JSA sanction), Can I insist that the Jobcentre are obliged to step in and ask questions about the WP Providors deliberate failure to hold the meeting (there were more than one Appointment they deliberatly missed, including one at the local JC itself.)
