Anyone tempted to utilized the services of U-haul in Federal Way on Enchanted Parkway, BEWARE! They have staff ill prepared to explain the myriad services they provide, or help resolve issues that may arise due to misunderstanding of services needed. Spoke with location manager today about the major screw up in the storage box delivery service I ordered last week. He is not interested in listening to my side of the story, and spoke over me the entire conversation. When I became frustrated and said are you going to let me speak? he claimed I cursed at him and acted like it was unreasonable for me to want to converse rather than be talked at. The resolution is yet to come. Some regional manager is supposed to be calling soon. Praying for a person who has some interpersonal skill and an interest in problem solving. I suspect the customer service reps ineptitude is a reflection of this managers skills. Unfortunately, after at least 8 marathon phone conversations with U-haul, both locally and through their Phoenix call center, Im more than frustrated, and just want them to refund my money and come get the damned box out of my driveway.
