Anyone up for BEAST? Start in tabletop then tuck toes underneath. Lift knees off ground. This is BEAST!! Keeping your core tight and hips square to the floor, walk one foot at a time out to plank and walk in. Do that 2 times. Keeping feet wide (the wider your legs are, the easier this next part is), alternate knee taps, opposite hand opposite knee 4 times. Then repeat from top!! Take breaks as needs or rest in childs pose
