Anyone up for a little challenge? How about a challenge that will help with everything you do in the gym and everything you do outside the gym. Sounds like a good idea, right? Well, we will start each class off with PLANKS for the next 30 days! The benefits of plank holds are fantastic and will improve your cores strength and endurance. There will be some homework if you choose to accept the challenge. Measure your waistline at your naval and take a before and after picture. As you will see in the link below this also require some workout outside the gym but it will only be a few minutes each day. Lets do this 327!!
