Anyone up for homemade sushi? The rolls just have cucumber and avocado in them. The orange thing on the outside is algae caviar! Then theres a few basic pieces with avocado, asparagus and tofu respectively. And.. Uh.. Tofu tents? I really wanted inarizushi but didnt have any fried tofu skin.. Instead I used normal fried tofu, let it sit in a blend of soy and sugar, sliced open one side and put it over the rice.. Its not the same as the real deal, but it worked :p. Also snuck in some kimchi on the side - which I know makes no sense...
